Enhance your charcuterie board with Smoked Small Meats. These perfectly

smoked delicacies add a gourmet touch to your snacks, making them ideal for charcuterie boards or as a sophisticated treat for your guests.


Ingredients:


●     Assorted small meats (prosciutto, salami, chorizo, sausage slices, etc.)

●     Assorted cheeses

●     Crackers and bread

●     Fresh fruit (figs, grapes, apple slices, etc.)

●     Olives and pickles

●     Nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.)

●     Wood chips (apple, cherry, or hickory work well)


Instructions:


1.    Prepare the Charcuterie Board: Arrange your selection of small meats on a large wooden board or platter. Add cheeses, crackers, bread, fresh fruit, olives, pickles, and nuts around the meats.


2.    Add Smoke: Using your Bon Apperoo™ culinary smoker, add the desired wood chips (apple, cherry, or hickory work well) and follow the instructions to infuse the meats with smoke for at least 5 minutes. Ensure the smoke fully envelops the meats for maximum flavor.


3.    Plate the Board: Once the meats are smoked, arrange them neatly on the charcuterie board along with the other items.
